No email address is required — your mobile number is your login ID.
You must be 18 years of age or older to register on Gold Rummy. This is a strict requirement — not a formality. We verify date of birth at registration, and CNIC verification is required before withdrawals above a certain threshold. Any account found to belong to someone under 18 is permanently closed and all winnings are voided.
No. Gold Rummy allows strictly one account per person. Your login ID on Gold Rummy is your Pakistani mobile number — the same one you registered with. Enter it in the format 3XXXXXXXXX (10 digits, without +92 or a leading zero). Combined with your password, this gives you full access to your account. There are no separate usernames on Gold Rummy.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before processing withdrawals above a set threshold, and during routine security reviews. The process involves submitting a clear photo of your valid Pakistani CNIC — front and back. Once submitted, verification is usually completed within 24 hours.
